We have full-time, casual, and contractor positions available for skilled Factual Investigators in three specialised roles: General Insurance, CTP (Compulsory Third Party), and Workers Compensation investigations.

Our Specialised Roles

 

1. General Insurance Investigators (Australia Wide)

 

- Conduct investigations related to various general insurance claims.

- Analyse and report on complex general insurance matters.

 

2. CTP Investigators (NSW & QLD)

 

- Focus on investigations related to compulsory third-party claims.

- Engage in detailed case handling specific to CTP claims.

 

3. Workers Compensation Investigator (NSW)

 

- Specialise in investigating workers compensation cases.

- Handle sensitive information and deliver detailed investigative reports.

4. Forensic Crash Experts

• Conduct detailed analyses of vehicle crashes to determine causes and contributing factors.

• Reconstruct accident scenes and provide comprehensive reports on findings.

• Work with law enforcement, legal professionals, and insurance companies to support investigations with technical expertise.

- Perform detailed interviews and gather factual evidence effectively.

- Communicate findings and explain complex issues both in writing and verbally to clients and stakeholders.

- Work within strict deadlines and manage multiple cases simultaneously.

- Ensure all investigations are conducted in a structured manner, adhering to high service standards.

 

What We’re Looking For

​

While experience in investigations is advantageous, it is not essential. We seek individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us. Our ideal candidates will have:

- A valid Investigator’s license or the intention to acquire one.

- Demonstrated interviewing skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- The ability to analyse and report on complex matters efficiently.

- Strong organizational skills to work methodically and meet deadlines.

- Exceptional negotiation skills.

- A current driver’s license.

- Accreditation with major insurers preferred, but not mandatory.
