​​Bob Lysaught
Managing Director

The company’s Managing Director and National Investigations Manager is Mr Robert Lysaught. Bob is responsible for the day to day management of the company and is generally based in Queensland. Bob was a member of the New South Wales Police for 28 years before moving into the Private Investigation field in 1997. 

 

Bob has extensive experience in both investigations and management of matters. Bob has been the National Investigations Manager for Brooksight Investigations since the commencement of the company and whilst in that position has dealt with all clients and investigators.

Ryan Lysaught
Executive Director
 

Ryan is the Executive Director of the company. He has been employed by Brooksight Investigations for the past 14 years in a number of positions and gained experience across all aspects of the company.

 

Ryan is constantly exploring new ways to innovate and enhance Brooksight's services. He is always pushing the boundaries of what is possible and consistently delivering groundbreaking and successful projects that revolutionize the industry. Ryan has extensive experience in the field of Skip Tracing and Social Media Investigations which he gained throughout his studies of Interactive Media and Design at Bond University.

​​Nerida Batzloff
General Manager

Nerida has worked in Insurance Investigations for the past twenty years across multiple Australian, Global and self-insurers with experience in General Insurance, CTP, Life, Public Liability and Workers Compensation.

Most recently, Nerida was the General Insurance Investigations Manager for Allianz Australia. While Nerida was responsible for the high performance of the General Insurance Investigation Team, she also implemented the GICoP requirements across the Allianz General Insurance investigative space.  Nerida was the subject matter expert for several Allianz Global initiatives involving claim investigation and ongoing continuous improvement programs.

Nerida previously was the Investigation and Litigation Manager for CommInsure.

Louise Johnson
GI Investigations Manager

Louise Johnson has recently joined our team, bringing over 20 years experience from the insurance industry. Her knowledge extends across General Insurance, Liability and CTP Investigations.

 

Her most recent role as General Insurance Investigations Manager at Allianz Australia included the introduction of GICOP requirements, quality reviews and expanding a proactive team to target
syndicates and organized crime in the General Insurance space.

Ray Dunn
Operations Manager

 

The company’s Operations Manager, Mr Ray Dunn has a wealth of experience in the investigative field.  In addition to his 15 years in the New South Wales Police Service as a designated investigator he has been a licensed Private Investigator since 2000.  During that time he has investigated a wide scope of investigative matters and brings a wealth of knowledge to Brooksight Investigations.

 

After many years of practical experience and training Ray moved into a management position with Brooksight Investigations.

Penelope Alt
Special Projects Manager

 

Prior to entering the Insurance Investigation Industry Pene had a Law Enforcement background and now has over 25 years Investigation experience in the Insurance Industry. Pene is a General Insurance Fraud Specialist. 

 

Since entering the Insurance Investigation field, Pene has worked as an Investigator for Investigation companies as well as directly for major insurers.  She also has Managerial experience with Insurance companies and Investigations companies.  Pene brings a wealth of experience and qualifications to Brooksight Investigations.

Chris Houghton
Surveillance & Online Investigations Manager
 

Mr Chris Houghton is our Surveillance & Online Investigations Manager. Chris is a highly experienced professional in the insurance investigation industry with over 25 years of Surveillance Management experience.

Throughout his career, he has excelled in managing surveillance investigations, ensuring they are completed within the required KPIs. He is highly adept at building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Chris brings a wealth of expertise to his role with Brooksight 

Geoff Lysaught
Investigations Manager

 

Mr Geoffrey Lysaught is employed by Brooksight Investigations as Factual Investigations Manager.  Geoff was a member of the New South Wales Police for a period of 25 years.  Most of that service was spent as a Detective where he was involved in the investigation of all types of criminal matters. After retiring from the Police in 2004 he obtained a Private Inquiry Licence and commenced to undertake investigations. 

 

In 2010 Geoff joined Brooksight as a full time Investigations Manager.
