​​Bob Lysaught
Managing Director

The company’s Managing Director and National Investigations Manager is Mr Robert Lysaught. Bob is responsible for the day to day management of the company and is generally based in Queensland. Bob was a member of the New South Wales Police for 28 years before moving into the Private Investigation field in 1997.  Bob has extensive experience in both investigations and management of matters. Bob has been the National Investigations Manager for Brooksight Investigations since the commencement of the company and whilst in that position has dealt with all clients and investigators.

Ryan Lysaught
Director/Surveillance Manager

Mr Ryan Lysaught is a Director of the company as well as the Surveillance Manager/Senior Investigations Co-ordinator. He has been employed by Brooksight Investigations for the past 10 years in a number of positions and gained experience across all aspects of the company.  He also worked for a period as a Factual and Surveillance Operative before moving into his current position. 

Ryan has extensive experience in the field of Skip Tracing and Social Media Investigations which he gained throughout his studies of Interactive Media and Design at Bond University.

Peter Unwin
Compliance Manager

Mr Peter Unwin is our Compliance Manager. Peter has extensive experience in the Insurance Investigation Industry.

After serving in the Queensland Police Service Peter occupied a number of positions before being appointed as a Senior Investigator with Vero Insurance. After 14 years in that position Peter went to Suncorp Insurance where he occupied a number of managerial positions, including Acting Manager of the Technical Event Claims for Queensland and Team Leader with Commercial Case Managed claims, CI Property Suncorp. Peter was also trained as an Internal LEAN Coach with the Suncorp Group.

Ray Dunn
Operations Manager

The company’s Operations Manager, Mr Ray Dunn has a wealth of experience in the investigative field.  In addition to his 15 years in the New South Wales Police Service as a designated investigator he has been a licensed Private Investigator since 2000.  During that time he has investigated a wide scope of investigative matters and brings a wealth of knowledge to Brooksight Investigations. After many years of practical experience and training Ray moved into a management position with Brooksight Investigations.

Vanessa Bond
Travel/Factual Manager

Ms Vanessa Bond is our Travel/Factual Manager. After leaving the West Australian Police Service, Vanessa moved to Queensland in 1994 and has been working in the insurance investigation industry since that time. Following a successful 17 year career as an insurance investigator, Vanessa commenced working in her specialist area in foreign country investigation/travel related claims. Vanessa is well respected in the industry both in Australia and internationally and works closely with our international Investigators to ensure a high quality and comprehensive investigation occurs.

Geoff Lysaught
Factual Investigations Manager

Mr Geoffrey Lysaught is employed by Brooksight Investigations as Factual Investigations Manager.  Geoffrey was a member of the New South Wales Police for a period of 25 years.  Most of that service was spent as a Detective where he was involved in the investigation of all types of criminal matters. After retiring from the Police in 2004 he obtained a Private Inquiry Licence and commenced to undertake investigations.  In 2010 Geoff joined Brooksight as a full time Investigations Manager.
